Rajesh Gopal moved to Brisbane in 2001.

Rajesh was first admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1992 and admitted to the Supreme Court of Fiji in 1993. Rajesh was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2002. He has worked as a Barrister and Solicitor in Fiji before moving to Australia. He brings with him over 20 years extensive experience gained in practicing law in two common law jurisdictions – Fiji and Australia.

 

Rajesh has significant experience across many areas of law both in Australia and Fiji. He is also a registered migration agent who is able to assist clients through migration applications and review decisions on migration matters at Administrative Appeals Tribunal. His broad range of expertise includes commercial disputes, tort matters, administrative law, conveyancing and litigation.  He has a strong working relationship with a number of barristers able to provide assistance in the most complex of cases. Rajesh always aim to achieve outcomes that will put your best interests above others. As an Indian Migration Agent in Brisbane, Rajesh looks after many Indian clients.

Rajesh works closely with his clients, developing a plan and appropriate strategy to deal with each dispute confronting the matter. He involves at an early stage other expert professionals such as barristers for early forensic advice. His experience, skills and tenacity ensures the best possible result is obtained for his clients. Rajesh oversees all matters being dealt with by the firm.
